Scifed Congress & Expo on Earth Science & Geo Science
International Congress on Earth Science & Geo Science
(Climate Change)
Scientific
Federation is
going to conduct a conference on Earth
Science & Geo Science at Amsterdam,
Netherlands on August 13-14, 2018. Climate
Change is one of session where presentations can be done at Summit.
Climate change is refers to the rise in average
surface temperatures on Earth. An overwhelming scientific consensus maintains
that climate change is due primarily to the human use of fossil fuels, which
releases carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases into the air. The gases trap
heat within the atmosphere, which can have a range of effects on ecosystems,
including rising sea levels, severe weather events, and droughts that render
landscapes more susceptible to wildfires.
The
primary cause of climate change is the burning of fossil fuels, such as oil and
coal, which emits greenhouse gases into the atmosphere primarily carbon
dioxide. Other human activities, such as agriculture and deforestation, also
contribute to the proliferation of greenhouse gases that cause climate change.
Climate
Change impacts are the consequences of climate change both expected and realised
for natural and human systems. Climate impacts research is typically
interdisciplinary and frequently involves the construction of climate impact
models. Some key research themes include: ecology, water resources,
agriculture, human heath, the economy and built infrastructure. There are many
likely effects of climate change: positive and negative, economic and
ecological, humanitarian and financial. And if you aggregate them all, the overall
effect is positive today and likely to
stay positive until around 2080. That was the conclusion of Professor Richard
Tol of Sussex University after he reviewed 14 different studies of the effects
of future climate trends. The greatest benefit from climate change comes not
from temperature change but from carbon dioxide itself. It is not pollution,
but the raw material from which plants make carbohydrates and thence proteins
and fats.
Solutions
to climate change is Imagine a world where energy was clean, safe, and secure.
A world free of oil spills, coal pollution and risky nuclear power. A world
where we did everything possible to prevent further climate change. The good
news is this world lies within our reach, thanks to renewable energy.
Greenpeace is working to accelerate the leap to a 100 percent renewable energy
future the key to our security and well being.
We
would like to formally invite you to be a participant in the upcoming
โInternational Congress & Expo on Earth Science & Geo Science Theme of
the conference is focused on Stimulating and Analyzing the Changes of Earth
& Climate which covers a wide range of critically important sessions.
